What are you keeping the gecko in? What substrate? What temps? How much humidity? What type of food are you trying to feed it? How fat is the tail? Are you leaving water in the tanks at all times?
Pictures of the setup would be helpful.

ok so shes my mom.. i bought her the gecko for her bday ... i payd 150 for my cage and i wasnt going to do that for the gecko simple design
rubber made about the size of a 20 gallon tank just a bit taller
substrate eco earth
1 light 50 watt day light
heating pad for under cage heat
very nice hides with greenery in cage
temp is a steady 85 in the corners and a 90 under the light..
humidity i have no gauge for this but will be heading to the pet store today mostlikely to get one..
the eco earth is completely dry atm so im sure humidity cannot be above 20% to 30%...
if anyone knows the proper humidity levels and temps please post.. what ever you post i can get the cage to just reqs water and maybe a higher wattage light which i have

Re: fat tail gecko issues
oh the food is simple
crickets with or with out the calcium powder
meal worms.. read online that these are not a good food to feed it all the time though
also there is a neon green tree dragon in the cage with the gecko.. could this be an issue aswell? such as stress level?
the tail is the size of its head... about the size of a quarter
if the humidity is the issue is it ok to soak the dirt? or should we just put moss in the cage with her?
