Also, see that little down arrow on the far right on the Site General Line (right under the word "Posts")? Try clicking that to "un-collapse" Site General.

Looks like you accidentally collapsed it in your view.

You have managed to click on the collapse category button for site general.

I had discounted that as a possibility as you had posted this thread in a forum that would have been hidden in that case ( site info ).

On the section saying "Site General" click on this button and you will get all your forums back.
