P90X fitness videos!

If you're really going to to be dedicated do it. I lost 30 lbs doing it. Make sure you invest in a three month supply of recovery drink. GNC can help you. I recommend L -glutamine and endurox r4. If not, you'll be so sore you will be useless the first few weeks. Hope this helps

I've tried the workout, its pretty hard. but you will get results.
go and check out some of the videos posted on youtube from people that have done it.

the thing is , most of them don't mention anything about your diet.
I think that is more important than the workout itself, if you really want to get cut.

I got the videos from a friend and tried the workout for a while but wasn't seeing the result like the guys on tv( I didn't buy the supplements they were pushing) , then I saw a guy on youtube talking about what he eats. I've started his low fat , high protein diet to see if it makes more of a difference.

it is a hard intense work out but you will lose weight.

I have them and they work if you stick to it. I did itfor three weeks and in that time lost 14lbs and had put on some noticable muscle as well. Theproblem was, I got sick and missed 4 days and just never got back into it. Then I got back into it right after my birthday this month and 3 days I had a light bulb bust in my hand at work and I had to go get stitches in my hand. So now I'm holding of while my hand heals. As long as you stick to the workout and eat healthy, the weight will fall off. You will be very sore though. I didn't have their after-drink but I did drink a protien shake after each workout.

Its a great program to get fit and drop some lbs. IMO the recovery drink is garbage and there are MUCH better choices.

P90X makes me laugh. I am sure it's a great program and it looks like it and I'm glad many ppl are getting results. But the main key really is dedication and diet, no matter if you hit up the gym or do P90X instead. P90X allows and forces you to diet right and stay dedicated, which is why it works. Im a free weight gym fan boy, but I'm def going to try it out over the summer (borrowing it from a friend). I just wanna see what it's all about.
