You'd end up with a clutch of MUTTS.

Blood and Short Tailed Python people really seem to be purists and mutts are never really desired in collections.

There is NO market for Mutts so you'd better be prepared to hold onto them.

There's no special morph or anything crazy like that that's going to show up in the clutch if that's what your wondering.

Just a bunch of half breeds.

Re: black blood X red blood

Someone tried offering me a trio of nearly-adult bloods for 150 at a show once... I was like "Wow, what kind are they??" He said, "Half black, half red". I replied, "Ohhhhhhhhhh...." and walked away. (they were kind of ugly too) I dont think he ever managed to get rid of them

yeah I dont want to make a hybrid. so here is my new question. who has the best looking bloods. I am looking to get a male to breed to my girl. I am trying to find one of the deep red ones but so far most of the ones I've seen for sale are an orangish color and not really red at all.

Kara Glasgow (bloodpythons.com) has some red hot bloods for sure. I got mine from her.

I know a few smaller time breeders who are working with exceptional animals if you like to go that route.
