    Rhac Scenting?

Anyone have experience with having to sent food for certain species of snakes.
From what I have read many people use anoles to sent.

    arboreal snake. arboreal lizard eater.

    ie. anoles scent

has anyone tried scenting rodent prey items with rhac scent. Just curious. seance I am very interested in a certain picky eater and I have rhacs just sitting around. mine as well have a second function if need be.

I know if they are CBB and started on pinkies they are usually well off, but have read a few stories, I think mostly of imports.

The species I am interested in are Candoia.

I know the old stand by ..TUNA

    just wandered about arboreal geckos.(scent).

I have 2 balls that are mouse eaters,..So I have 2 tubs that have mice and i throw a few rats in there for a few days and they take it with no problem. Also do that for another snake that only eats asf's...same method works like a charm and the snakes are getting bigger meals...easier on me also since my rodent breeding is 95 % rats...

Ive never had to do it, but for my chondro's i have chick down on standby just in case. I know of a few chondro keepers who have started neo's on cb anoles and frogs. I couldnt see myself trying tuna or chicken broth or anything like that to scent a prey item though. Good luck.
