Leuc Rat with strange pupils (not bug-eyed)

I posted this in a ratsnake forum at another site with no replies...but I was wondering if anyone has seen this before.

This guy was adopted from a clutch of eggs that was discovered a bit too late. He was only 2 of about 20 who actually hatched (the other eggs dried out).

Not that it bothers me, but he doesn't have a perfectly round pupil in the center of his eye like any other ratsnake I've seen.

Whats a heat fluctuation issue...like when he was in the egg or now? I do love this lil guy more than anything and he's fairly laid back for a texas rat.

When he was in the egg. Perhaps a temp drop or spike caused the mutated pupils. He's a looker, non-the-less.

The only other possibility is genetics.
1.3 ball pythons (albino, het albino, pastel, lesser)
1.4 leopard geckos (reverse stripe tremper albino, tangerine, carrot tail, snake eyed, patternless)
0.1.4 corns (snow, classic, amel, stripe, ghost stripe)
    0.0.1 pueblan milksnake

Thanks guys! Was just curious, I've been searching around and couldn't find anything. He is definitely a great snake, love him!

I'm glad you love your white beauty through his imperfections. I love my white girl, Popcorn, with all I got, even if she lays the nastiest smelling turds all over the terrarium!! She is very personable in that she calmly follows me with her eyes when I walk around the house, and when I take her out, she's a doll. I bought her at about 1 year old and it took her a few months to settle down, but now at 2 years old, she's priceles!
