    Re: Feeding while in shed?

my ball is going through a shed right now, but i wont offer for the first time.
normally at the start of a shed i will offer, but when he is in the thick of it i dont.
i only do it this way because i take him out of his tank, and i havent seen him in 3 days now, so i know he is in the thick of it now.
this is the first time in a year i wont feed during shed, but if its at the start should be ok, he he/she doesnt go for it, no biggie.

Big Gunns does it all the time, but BG won't leave a live rat in with an animal that's in shed.

See if the animal will take food. Every animal is different and if they do feed in shed it isn't going to hurt anything. All my boas feed in shed right on schedule.

Ditto, if you feed live while in shed, take the time to watch the feeding
