Re: my snakes a Fatty!
Ball pythons are heavy-bodied snakes. They are very much thicker in relation to length than many other common species in captivity.
However they CAN be overfed and become 'too fat' just like any animal, but because of their body structure it's a little harder to tell when they are overweight than a more slender species such as corn snakes.

Re: my snakes a Fatty!
How much does your snake currently weigh, and how old is it? Yes, snakes can get fat, so make sure you're not over-feeding... although with only 1 mouse a week, I doubt that's a problem. You should see my "fatty" Julius, the 4 month-old Mojave - he's gone from 95g to nearly 400g in the 3 months I've had him.

Re: my snakes a Fatty!
That's not the definition of "Fatty" that I usually think of!
