    Re: Up to Large Mouse?

Yes, definitely! The guideline is 10%-15% of body weight. When mine reached 300g last month, it started on 2 mice. Today it'll try a 50g rat for the first time.

I'm far from a "pro" but I have 100 gram babies on adult mice. 300 gram range I would attempt the switch to a small rat.

    Re: Up to Large Mouse?

Since he is still young i would switch between baby rats and mice of apropriate size. If you keep him on mice for too long its harder to switch to rats. My snakes are getting Mice,Rats, and ASF's. And they have been strong feeders for years.
