    Lights during the day

I have a 100 watt night red heat bulb that I keep on all the time, but would it be a good idea to also use on of those low wattage compact fluorescents to have a natural night/day cycle. There is some light in the room, but not a whole lot

The light from the room is sufficient. Ball pythons don't need any supplement to a day night cycle.
