Question Cleaning products that are safe to use around bps

ok 2 questions would bleach that is EXTREMELY diluted with water like 1 part bleach 30 parts water be safe to use in a spray bottle to clean a bp's enclosure, then wiped down? Also is it ok to wash a bp with a diluted hand soap? Because mine smells a little like crap, even after i cleaned her enclosure.

I use chlorhexadine. You can find it here....http://www.reptilebasics.com/Cleanin...p-1-c-249.html
