    Exclamation poor kitties

So over the summer I've been feeding two stray cats. One adult female with her male kitten.Over the months they learned to love us and we gave them food. So winters coming and they have been sleeping in our garage. My garage only offers protection no heat. We leave out blankets on top of a wagon with food and they are the only stays that come. Todays 40 out and chilly.I know its just gonna get colder but I dont know how to keep them warm.

    Any ideas???

    Thanks B.

My girlfriend has the same problem with her stray Tom. She usually makes a tent for him using blankets and coats and on the really cold nights she'll take an electric blanket or heating pad out to him. Just keep an eye on the heating pad and everything should be fine.

    Re: poor kitties

For the outdoor kitties, I have a hand made wooden dog house, a heating pad made for the outdoors (Foster's & Smith does have them, most pet supply places will), Fleece blanket and a fleece cat bed. Yup, the dog house is pretty big. The heating pad stays around 100 degrees so it will more than keep them warm. The cats love it and sleep in it all the time.

As for the heating pads, just look for the ones meant to be used outside.
