    Feeding issue. please help?

I have a 09 spider she was bought at daytona this year. I tried to feed her multiple times with diffrent size rodents. She did take anything except a small mouse fuzzer... She hasnet eating since and wasnt losing weight so i wasnt to worried, but she has fluctuated from 48 to 50 back to 48 and then 49 and today she weighed in at 46 so im getting a bit concerned. She looks a little thin but i cant seem to get her to eat. I've Tried braining F/T ive tried live everything I can think of short of force feeding.

Any tricks to get her interested in the prey item? she doesnt even seem interested..

A 4g weight drop isn't really that bad.

How are you housing the snake? Husbandry details would be good to know. Husbandry is directly related to feeding issued most of the time so we kinda need to know that stuff in order to help you out.

89 is a little low. I would aim for 93*.

Is the tub in a rack system or stand alone?

You could try and shove another hide in there maybe.

Its in a rack. Our others are at 89 and eat great. in the same system. I will try bumping it up to see if it helps. any other ideas on ways to get new hatchlings eating?

EDIT: Not sure if the 6 qt can fit another hide in it.

Fill up the tub with crumpled newspaper balls. Wait a week, drop in a live hopper. See how that works for you.

Printer paper would work, paper towel doesn't really stay crumpled very well.

Yes, on top of the bedding. Its basically like adding a ton of extra foliage, just cheaper

newspaper crumples easier than paper towels, and stays clumped. its also free ;p

printer paper is more stiff than newspaper, but thats wut i used for a bit bc i couldnt find newspaper @_@.. didnt seem like it had any negative effects. only positive ^-^

    EDIT: kaortes good LOL.
