I have mine outside in a building connected to my garage and they have a fan blowing down the racks all day and a a/c unit hooked up but I only turn the ac on if it gets into the high 90's - 100's

mine are all garaged, its quite a sheltered area. the temps go upto about 100 in odd days in the summer, down to maybe 20f, touch lower even last year..
they have no special heating at all, i dont even use bedding, they just make nests from the sawdust.
