Monty got out!
I have no idea how, someone must have opened his cage.. But he's gone, And heres the things, Theres holes in my floor for cables comeing up... So my logic says he's long gone... Now i feel like complete crap and I feel like a horrible owner.
I miss my dog..

Re: Monty got out!
If he escaped before nightfall and did happen to get under the trailer he will still be there. Search everywhere. Id start outside and under the trailer first. He will not wander very far for the first day or so. So get out there and look. If he is not within 10 to 15 ft of his tank wedged into some tight spot id be looking under my house. In leaf litter. Under or behind anything you see when you look around your trailer. especially up under the floor boards, under the furnace room, around the pipes..
Keep looking! You'll find him.

Re: Monty got out!
Step 1: COVER THE HOLE AND ANY HOLE IN YOUR HOME IT CAN ESCAPE THROUGH (duct tape will work)
Why? Well this stops him from getting out if he is still inside.
Step 2: Look under the house (it should be easy, trailers usually have a way under them) but bring something in case of poisonous snakes or spiders)
Step 3: Search around the area in anything that seems like it would be tight enough for him (under logs, bushes, etc)
Step 4: Upon exhausting the outside, look in every nook and cranny at your place. I keep my snakes in my room and before getting a rack my adult male would escape sometimes, but he was usually in my closet or between my bed and the wall (or under the bookshelf).
Step 5: If you don't find him, stick a rodent in a cage in your house and outside of your house, this may attract him. (be within view of both)

We are on a reptile forum, so at least get it right here!
Venom is injected (spiders, snakes)
Poison is ingested (drinks and food)
This really does not make you sound intelligent.

Well that's a bit harsh for criticism of rushed typing, sheesh. I know you're right and you put me in my place, but you don't have to kick sand in my eye when I'm down.
