Im really not sure she stopped eating so I moved her to a smaller tub and in 12 days she died but also developed these strange lines on her belly.

Re: Can I put my future snake......
Hi,
Well I can't think of anything offhand that produces lines on the belly - apart from possibly a burn? Anyone else know of anything that does?
You said you planned to disinfect thoroughly so aside from double checking the temps under the substrate etc I can't think of anything else that jumps out as a warning sign.

Hi,
Yes I just found that but sadly there are no pictures to help work out what it could be.
OP,
What did you mean in that thread when you said the stripes ran "horizontally"?
Do you mean head to tail, side to side or back to belly?

if it was from neck to tail it was not a minor case of scale rot that would be very advanced and it would also require internal meds as well as external.
this is the worst i have ever seen with scale rot.
also this is not a great way to treat it.

It was no where that bad her belly was white with orange tints but she only had these lines for 6 days and then died.
