ARS Acrylic Show Display Cases.
I recent purchased two full ARS display setups with cases.
http://www.arscaging.com/arsacrylics.html
The carrying cases have three large holes on each side of the case. they are in the right spot so that they should provide plenty of ventilation to the display cases when they are loaded into the carrying case and the carrying case is closed.
Here is my quesiton. Can I just put all of my animals I am bringing to the show in the display cases at home, then load them into the carrying cage... and basicly keep them in those display cases for the entire weekend? I know I need to keep them in a proper temperature range...
If I can do this, then it would be pretty easy to take my snakes back to the hotel with me on saturday night when it is a saturday / sunday show.
Any info you can provide on this subject would be GREATLY appreciated.

A buddy of mine did that at Tinley a few years back. Had no problems.

Mike I have seen this done without a problem and the Fact that ARS has included vents for air flow makes it a added bonus for my next display set-up purchase

Thank your your opinion on this. can you explain why?
Here is a picture of the case from the side so you can get a better idea of what I am talking about. There are 3 display cases in each carying case. the holes are positioned so each of the 3 cases will get air. The holes are on both sides of each case.

Too much space in the display for them to get knocked around. If I have to transport animals, I do it with snake bags/small deli cups with the proper padding and in insulated boxes. Just my 2 cents.

Ok, i see your point on this...
I am thinking out loud here. I don't really see this as an issue in my case tho because there would be no public transportation involved (no planes trains busses ect.) So they wouldn't be roughed up or exposed to bad temperatures. They would be loaded up and placed in the car in a way where they can't fall over or move. they would be carried / set down carefully. short of dropping the case, I don't see how this would be an issue in my situation. The cases themselves are more then capable of holding a lot more weight then the snakes would ever be. these things are built like tanks!
