    Daytona Pickups

I picked up a pair of blackhead pythons. I liked the dark dorsal coloration more than the super clean banding so I picked up these two. We had a little fun with their new names...

meet Rent Check - the male

    meet Overdraft - the female

The boyfriend got his *first* snake of his own. (All the snakes in the house up until this point have been mine.) I told him that it's completely his responsibility...

however if he ever gets bored of it I will be happy to take it off his hands...

check out this screamer of a JCP

    iherp...do you?

Enough that they will be very well taken care of. :-) (not to imply I don't already take good care of my snakes of course.)

Thanks, like I said I really liked the very dark dorsal on them. Not quite as high contrast as some of the cleaner bands. The boy is in his shed cycle, I can't wait to see how inky shiny black he is after freshly shedding.

High contrast, clean bands - meh.

I love the dark dorsals on those BHPs.
