    Incubator temp using Igloo cooler
I've setup my incubator in a 128qt cooler with heated water in the bottom being circulated by a power head.

The water temperature is 88-90. However, when I check inside of the egg box the temperature is in the low 80s.

Is that ok? Or should I adjust the water temperature up higher to reach the desired 88-90 inside of the egg box too?

How long have you had it running? It might take a while to get totally heated.

Since about 10am this morning. Roughly 10hrs. The water temperature has been at 89 since probably 12 noon

You need to adjust the water temperature to whatever is needed to achieve proper temps in your egg tub. Same principal of setting up an enclosure.

I’d let it sit at least overnight without opening the lid. I have a similar incubator. When if I open the lid for an extended period of time. It takes a while to get back up to heat. It may take a few days to get it dialed in.
