    These look so nice what camera are you using??

    I'm looking at a cannon t2i right now and a 100mm macro lens. I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick it up the camera if the guy wants to trade for my extra iPhone 4s.

    I use micro fourthirds cameras. I think the ones of the bees were shot using a Panasonic Lumix GF-2 and a 14mm lens. We have some macro lenses now that take some great portraits, but this lens is also capable of taking some nice shots.

    They aren't perfect and I'm really not happy with my camera. I'm definitely going to get a macro lens and a new camera here soon.

    I think you need more mild. I have one of these little mild covering configurations and I can never get enough mild with the lighting offered. Try getting the covering out in some sunshine and see if your outcome is better. Or you could try getting a few more "daylight" lighting.
