    King of all Pokemon trainers
Here's Ash, the gray-banded kingsnake, posing with his Bulbasaur.

If ever there was a colubrid to try, I would say this kind for sure! I don't have a boa (yet...), but he's by far my most docile/calmest snake. (Also have a honduran milksnake, corn snake, and sand boa) And currently my smallest. He's slow-moving, like a slo-mo compared to either of my BPs, but not skittish. From the day we got him, he never bit, struck, tail rattled, musked, or attempted to flee. He's only 17 grams right now (see another thread of mine for his story... he went missing for almost 5 months). And we got him at 12 grams.

Despite his vacation from captivity he is still shockingly calm (a few musking incidents right after we found him, but no surprise and wouldn't have happened if he hadn't escaped... our dog sprinting around had to be terrrifying and the missing only lasted the first 3 or 4 handling times after we found him).

Only issue I've heard (from his breeder) is that they can be tough to start feeding as babies. Requiring scenting to get their interest for a few meals, but the guy I bought him from told me he would never sell one that hadn't had 3 or more consecutive unscented meals. He has never given me trouble feeding and even took a mouse no problem the day we found him only 10 minutes after being put into his new bin.
