Hey iceman....don't look a gift horse in the mouth...or something like that! Maybe you're one of those rare people who just don't get addicted to niccotine. I experimented with cigarettes a lot when I was a teenager and never did get hooked. (For which I feel eternally grateful now!)

Congrats on quitting, and good luck! I smoked all through high school and decided to quit when I got to college. Wanted to clean up my act you know. I didn't really have any cravings either! But I wasn't on a pack or two a day or anything, I was smoking like 4 or 5 a day, sometimes more. Then I went to zero a day and stuck with it. I hope it goes well for you!

Congrats, I myself have tried to quit many times and failed. My husband can't understand as he is one just to stop smoking.
    Congrats and good luck

Hmmm .... that didn't start out as kitty litter. I'd like to quit smoking, too. I'm one of those who started smoking in high school and now smoke when I'm stressed or bored or upset or ... I actually discussed it with my doctor 3 weeks ago, though, and she said with everything else that's going on right now, it's a bad time to try to quit so I should just hold off.
