My Horses

I'm a barrel racer/western pleasure rider and trainer. Here are my three personal horses and their stories. Pics are in links because they are big.

This is my 5 year old, Bad Influence. She is my rescue and was previously beaten, hence her extreme fear of men. Known far and wide as the "psycho". Pole champion and hopefully defending out title this year. She is definitely not your average horse because of her special needs as far as nutrition and handling are concerned. She is my dream horse, though.

This is Bens Kinda Stormy. She is 18 and has done it all. Won me some ribbons in the barrel and jumper ring. She's now semi retired and packs around younger children.

Here's Leah. Her show name is pending. She needs a bit of weight put on her but as a 2 year old Quarab just coming out of winter, I expected her to be a bit ribby. She is going to be my future western pleasure comp horse. She will definitely be a looker when she fills out.

Great pictures and stories!!! I've got a 22-year-old paint mare myself. Your paint mare is really pretty! I barrel race every now and again with my girl, she keeps up with the champs pretty well for being so old! I wish I could try pole bending! My mare is blind on one side and I don't think she would do to well pole bending unless I had some poles to practice with.
