However, I'm a bit confused.

Back in February, stuff that supposedly came from PIJAC was posted saying "We ask that you withhold submitting your comments until close to the April 30 deadline in order to allow PIJAC time to provide you with guidance and information that will help you prepare effective comments."

Is this video supposed to be the guidance and information? Mostly all it said was to be a good pet owner and send in letters. We knew all that back in February!

We have until April 30 to comment on this NOI. It is April 26. Is PIJAC going to release more "guidance and information" before April 30??
