All good Rich and Kam.
Kam - Thanks for the kind words on Jeff. He's awesome.
He's also really yellowing up.
This is him in March, at 2 months old.

I fed Jeff tonight and he nailed his F/T small mouse with gusto.
He struck it so hard that Katie heard it in the next room. He's really coming into his own.

Jeff is going into his first shed with me. I am super excited. I cannot wait to see his color(s) when he's finished.
I'll post pictures as soon as he's done.

Still waiting on Jeff to shed. He was due to eat yesterday, but I'll feed after shed. I do not want to risk him having a bad shed and he's looking healthy.
I got picture from the breeder of Jeff's mom and his litter. I thought I'd share.

Re: Jeff Shemesh - VPI T+ Sunglow Motley Jungle het Anery
Jeff shed. First time with me! Had a small bit of shed left on the tip of his tail, but a quick soak and it came right off. Overall, very pleased. Once out of quarantine I can get him in a boaphile with great humidity. I am doing what I can in his quarantine tank.
He's looking awesome. He hasn't eaten in a bit and I plan to feed tonight. He went into blue around food night.

Incidentally little patches of stubborn skin can easily be removed by wrapping the snake up in a damp / wet rough textured bath towel ...
Just let it wriggle around in the middle of the wrapped up towel and simple use any excess towel to recover the head when it pops out . A good five minutes will usually do the job
