i got through. basically all they will say is the management is in a meeting discussing remedys for the solution.

try the online chat. i have had alot more luck there.

I'm waiting for Rich to make a mistake on his site and post T's for like $0.25 instead of $25. Pricing mistakes aren't covered in his TOS!!! :rofl:

Took about 30 tries to get through on the phone.

Then a forever hold.

For some reason, I was expecting to talk to someone who I'd be able to understand. She was asking for my order number, I thought she was saying something about Power Rangers. :confusd:

But yeah, I don't see why it should take 3-5 business days if I haven't been charged yet!!
