In blue colors

I love the colors of these guys when they are in shed. My little orange head Sumatran Tom. My lil Miss Kitty is in shed as well, but no pictures of her. I never think about it when I bug her. I love their in shed colors but it’s crazy how long their shed cycle takes compared to a ball pythons.
He’s started growing pretty quick once I started my own rat colony and can get him is fresh killed food without a 2 hour round trip drive. Picky little guy will not switch to FT yet, but takes prekilled fine.

Another couple feedings and it’ll be time to bump up his water bowl size.

Wow that’s beautiful!!

My Borneo boy takes forever too. Easily two weeks+.

They do look so cool in blue though. It's almost ghostly looking.
I have a few pictures somewhere of Juice in almost the same exact pose. He likes the "gator pose" too with just eyes and nose sticking out...Maybe even same water bowl, hahaha. Walmart dog bowl? 98 cents if I remember correctly?

I’ve definitely been developing a soft spot for these guys. I love when they fully submerge like that. Sometimes if I over fill their water bowls they’ll be fully under water expect their noses and their bodies will be semi bouyant. It interesting to see them just floating in the middle of the water. Though that’s typically my bigger girl since she has a nice large water bowl from one of those $1 dish washing tubs.

And that is the very same water bowl! If you cut off the lip and cut an entry hole, they make great hides for ball pythons up to about 2000-2200g.

Yup, I love those water bowls. They double as hides and are easy to swap out and clean. I've got them in all my enclosures (except the Hognose and KSB, hahaha) and swear by them.
I've even put a few flat rocks under the corners to prop them up when the snakes "outgrew" them.

And it’s so funny when they squish into that lip around the edge when they are way too big. Or they curl themselves and let the weight of the water squish them. They they have no trouble coming out when it’s food time.

Or when you lift the bowl and they stay in that square shape....hahaha

Very beautiful in blue...I love the "gatoring" too. :D
