Getting a Leopard Gecko!

I am getting a Leopard Gecko, I've already got the stuff, now I just need to get the Leopard Gecko!! :D
I'm gotta make sure I am setting everything up right first, don't want to make a mistake. lol :)

Can I use Forest Floor for a Leopard Gecko?

Usually particle-less substrate is recommended, things like papertowels,tiles,newspaper or I've even heard of people not using substrate at all(Because of the risk of impaction)
