He had his follow up vet appointment recently. The stitch he had in his nose dissolved and his body absorbed the antibiotic gel. His face is back to normal now and the vet gave him the all clear.

He got about 2 hours of free roam time last night.

No talk of Dwarf Burms! I just got a Dwarf BCC instead. Maybe I am paranoid, but I am concerned about the Lacey Act being reenacted and not having a grandfather clause.

I don't want to take that risk. I would love a Dwarf Burm, but I've got to say, I do love my Boas!

Sorry, not trying to steal the thread, and again, very happy Rhino-Jack is doing well!

It was a nice and rainy evening here tonight so I went through and cleaned all my mice and asf a day early. Cooked a nice diner then went to clean Jack's water bowl and pick up some of his poo. I forgot I handled mice earlier in the evening and learned a few lessons. First one, is that one of us is faster than the other. Second was that he wasn't happy with a mouth full of substrate and even less happy when said substrate has to get cleaned out of his mouth. Retics will keep you on your toes.
