Ganja Progression Thread

Well Ganja has had 4 successful feedings post her cloacapexy and 3 perfect bowel movements without issue.

I decided to start a proper progression thread to chronicle her progress and post prolapse life.

To start off with I have a horrible lit video of her being fed tonight. The LED lighting in her enclosure has a refresh rate that makes the camera video strobe in a bad way.

I have not weighed her but she was 87 grams right after surgery and has to be heavier now after 4 feedings. I will try and weight her if I can but she is the opposite of user friendly ;)

She is lovely, obviously a very good eater you have there she practically flew to that mouse, congratulations and thank you for sharing can not wait to see how her colors change into her adult coloring😄💞🐍

so, so happy to see the lil one doing so well. you have done so much more than others would even think to give. they showed the fighting spirit and deserved all the care you gave, and your payoff is obviously HUGE!

Glad she's doing good. I love these guys. I kind of miss mine.

Little update. She keeps eating and pooping. She got a soak today to help get the last stubborn parts of her shed off. Hoping the next shed will be better now that her health is improving.

Here is a little pick after a 4 hour in a humid hide and an hour in a soak plus some wipe down since she decided to pee all over herself LOL

She is SO very pretty and I'm thrilled she is doing so well. You should share your journey with her with other GTP fanatics. It may give some of them hope and save some snakes' lives. If it becomes known that this surgery can indeed be successful perhaps more people would opt to try..?

Have not had a lot of time to post lately but Ganja had her first complete shed with us last night.

It's been a while since I posted here but I want to put some pics up and update that Ganja is doing amazing and has really grown and is very healthy now. She has shed several times since I last posted and eats like a pig. Her weight is more than doubled and she is almost twice as big. Her coloration is getting really green now and she is showing some really nice black patterns.
