$1 Hide for Over 500g

Thought I'd share my good find with anyone else who's looking for a similar sized hide...

Our 450g BP has outgrown bowl #2 as listed in this wonderful thread here, and today I found a good upgrade at the dollar store. It's actually a tortilla holder, and a bigger version of bowl #1 in the thread. Currently it looks very roomy in there, so there's plenty of growing room. It takes up most of the 10" width of the tank.

Here's a picture of the prior 2 hides plus the new one (hard to believe that first one used to have a lot of room to spare!):

Nice! While I am home I am going to hit up the dollar store for some new hides and water dishes :)

i used to use those for water bowls. they tip too easy. i was thinking of cutting them like this.

Well from looking at the pic the side and back are covered?

was given the ideal to take air tubing ( fish tanks ) ansd slipt one side and use it as a edge protector/guard to prevent rubbing and cut if the snakes pushes against a side and does find a sharp point.
