    I wouldn't worry at all if it's not a normal occurrence then but in summary your options are generator (probably the best solution), heat packs, and the water bottles. However, most people these days have electric water heaters as well so if you have one, then your water bottles aren't going to matter if the power goes out....which is why I suggested the heat packs to begin with. They're dirt cheap as well.
