    I, however, have a LOT to do outside of this, and planning this kind of things requires more people involved.

    Potluck, yes.

    Last time we did this, I hosted, and I don't have time to plan that really.

    We could do a park picnic/BBQ thing. That worked out well last time.

    I will look around for a centralized park for the event, and we have to figure out a day as well.

    THEN we can plan the food.
