    Well either way is unsafe...sometimes slow drivers are under the influence & trying to compensate, or they have vision or other physical issues & maybe shouldn't be driving any longer, whereas fast drivers* are more likely younger & reckless in other ways. *Except for my late mom...she never lost her "lead foot". :D
