Still concerned about baby boa

I've posted here before about my BCI boa. Purchased her the last week in March, and she has had a swollen cloaca since I brought her home. She has no lack of appetite and eats whenever offered food. I was feeding her every week, but I feed her every other week now. She gets one pinky rat (I know now that mice would have been better, but I have 50 pinkies and I'm hoping to move her to fuzzies soon).

I've tried soaking her for about 15 mins in warm water and she passed a couple of rock hard urates and some poo, and I thought that was the end of it. She shed and everything looked more normal after that. Until she passed another hard urate. Now she seems swollen again and her vent is slightly open. She has a huge water bowl, and I keep her humidity between 60-80% so I know she's not dehydrated unless she just isn't drinking water. Also, if I take a closer look at the area it looks like she didn't pass all the urate and there is a lot of white residue left in her vent area.

Now, I've taken her to the vet about 3 weeks ago and she passed a normal urate while he was checking her for an RI (which she got over thankfully). He inspected her vent and said that it looked a little swollen, but nothing terrible. Since she passed something just fine he told me not to worry over it.

Since this whole covid 19 crap is going on, I can't seem to get her an appointment with a different vet. The next closest vet to me that sees reptiles is almost 3 hours away. It's been staying in the 30-40s in my area so I don't want to make her worse by getting her out in the cold.

If anyone has experienced this hard urate/constant swollen vent area I'd love to know what fixed it for you. I will try to get some pictures and post them as well. Just want my poor little girl to feel better.

Photos would help but we are not vets so it's really hard and not always good idea to diagnose issues on the internet.
Swollen vent could be a blockage, irritation or even possibly internal parasite. Could be nothing. Did the vet you went to get a fecal sample by chance?

No he didn't take a sample. Here is a picture, I hope you can see what I'm talking about. I know you guys aren't vets, but as I stated before, with the covid 19 shelter in place order I'm having trouble getting her to a different vet who is almost 3 hours away.
