I'm good to go now, all I need to do is check up on some applications, ace the interview, save up, and buy my new baby ball python . I've been waiting for this moment for 2 1/2 years now and it finally happened. I've done years of research on ball pythons and pretty much an expert to the extent intense forum reading and caresheets will take you. :)

The time you've spent doing research ahead of time should really pay off for you. Good luck on the job applications & interviews. Stressful but they do get easier with
    some practice. ;)

Great job doing research before bringing your new pet home. You're already on the right track. :gj:
Being prepared will make the process so much better for you and the snake.

Just one friendly reminder that is often overlooked: accidents happen, animals get sick, etc... So it's also very important to have some extra cash stashed away for an emergency vet visit. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Buying from a reputable breeder (and not a big box pet store or other questionable seller or shop) will go a long way in insuring your animal will be healthy upon arrival, but like I said, accidents happen...

    Good luck! Keep us posted!
