    Belle progression
Belle is the fussier eater, but is finally on f/t. She's also a 2018 hatchling and 107 grams. When I bought them, her and Piper were the same size...easy to tell who was the piglet. lolhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...78c5774262.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f90d6ef596.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...94d4db7f5b.jpg

Belle is consistently eating and growing, but not to the degree of the other yearlings. She's my dainty girl. I love her bold pattern...hoping that won't fade out too much as she grows. I've handled her the least of my 2018 hatchlings because of her early feeding issues, but she has the boldest personality. She doesn't shy away or curl up when I reach in to pick her up, most of the time she's slithering around to see what I'm doing with the door open. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...507d317fae.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...39da35fb92.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a7c8b5b56f.jpg

I have to admit to a soft spot for her. I love them all, but she had me so stressed with her refusal to feed early on, even with live prey. I’m thrilled that she’s started eating steady, and switched to f/t so I can offer better prey size. She’s on small mice like the others are now, so I’m sure I’ll start seeing more growth. That said, I’d rather she be on the small side and healthy than to bulk up too fast.

Belle is steadily growing, but it hasn't been as noticeable to me because she's still the smallest of the hatchling BP's I purchased last year. I'm always comparing her to Piper who I bought the same day. Piper is a little piglet.

Today was cage cleaning and a weigh in since everyone was on empty. On 10/29/18 she was 71 grams, on 12/29/28 she was 107 grams, and today she is 189 grams! I was so worried early on because she kept refusing to eat. It's great to see her growth now that she's consistently eating. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...b69042962e.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c82230cc8b.jpg
