    Gecko shedding constantly
I have a 3 year old super snow male. His temps are good. Humid and dry hides. Access to vitamins and calcium as needed.

He was doing great. Not really a chunky Guy, but had a nice bit of weight on him.

Now he's anxious, constantly moving about his terrarium and shedding, shedding, shedding.

He shed at the end of December, again last week and looks like he's going into shed again soon. His colors more dull than usual.
No signs of injury to him. Just the anxousness and shedding.

    Any thoughts?

Constant shed is a sign of stress.

Back in my Leopard Gecko breeding days I would always have a few in constant shed in the winter and then come out of it in the Spring. Keep an eye on those toes...don't want any getting pinched off...

Could it be internal parasites? I'd get his stool checked...

The breeding season timing makes sense. I have a couple of females housed in the same room. So that could be a factor.
It's something I haven't seen mentioned and typically it's just the mention of bad shed and the toes or eyes, not the fact that he was shedding every few weeks.

I am keeping an eye on all toes and around his face. His care and cage is pretty much a smaller scale of my 2 females along with the same vitamins and feeders.
He's still eating and pooping normally. But if he does drop a bit more weight I will be having his fecal run regardless.

    Thanks for the feedback =)
