I had two beautiful males coming in but due to Delta losing my crate and them arriving a day late, only one survived. I had to monitor him closely as I was worrying about some after affects. So now that he's settled in, I happened to walk by the enclosure and noticed that he was hooded up. My first reaction was to grab my camera.

This is my Naja siamensis which is commonly known as Indochinese Spitting Cobra or Black & White Spitting Cobra(as I prefer to call them)

    Then I grabbed my Nikon:

Thanks. Yea I was bummed out, this one was barely alive, but he's recovered well. Hopefully he eats next week then I'll be grand.

Nice to see you're able to save one of them. Wish you lots of success with it.

That's really unfortunate. Do you have any recourse against them?

I've filed a claim but they're taking their sweet time it seems. I'm honestly thinking about hiring a lawyer because they misplaced the crate labeled venomous snakes for 12+ hours nobody could find it, that night it got to 37 degrees. It wasn't in the pet warehouse where the temperature is regulated, so it's completely on them.
