Re: How to become FedEx Certified to ship reptiles....
    Hi folks,

I am a FedEx employee and have an account and get a good discount on shipping.
I am calling some peeps I know at work tomorrow and getting certified. Hopefully I can still get my discount on receiving animals, but am sure I can't pass along the discount on shipping to people. I have not read every post on this thread and just wondered if anyone else here is an employee and certified.

Are there guidelines on what they (Fedex) are looking for when preparing your box?

Sooo, I'm about 4 years late but does anyone know if there are any changes to the process to get certified now? Or is it still the same drug out sucky process as before?

Does this just mean you don't have to ship through another company (Such as ship your reptiles)? Or is it necessary for shipping even through another company?
