I love the Crest on crested geckos

I just love the Crest on the Cresties [emoji4]

Especially when they have that wide head to go with it. It adds so much fun and character. So cute when it gets droopy, too [emoji4]

A great enabler you are, LOL. The only thing saving me right now is that I just can't decide between a Chewie, a Leachie or a black bellied Hognose cutie !! I want them all and I can't have them all so I have to wait until I can decide :D

As for adventures of the great Smeagol.

I deep cleaned his cage 2 days ago. The morning after I wake up to a great big "V" smeared on the front of his cage in Gecko food. He hasn't painted with his food in forever, but of course he has to do it on the freshly cleaned cage.

That stuff dries to concrete that is really hard to get off, btw.

And "V" ? Is he trying to tell me something ??? Like VICTORY is mine ???

Well, I guess there could be worse abbreviations he could leave me... :rofl:

I already know he does not appreciate me messing up (deep cleaning) his lair. At least he hasn't thrown his food dish down in a while. But that could be because I dutifully prepare only his favorite mixes. :rolleyes:

None are animals that take a big foot prints ;)

Honestly between chewie and leachie it's a tough choice, love the idea of a nice big gecko, but chahoua are cool too....I did not plan on either of them (just have some VERY persuasive friends) but now I could not imagine not having them.
