well...a 23 inch bp thickest part little bigger then the ok sign u make with your finger and thumb should be able to eat a small rat? if its to big wont he regerit?

It should be able to take a small rat, it might be a little bit big, but it should take it no problem.

It'll take it, no prob. It will just take a little longer than swallowing a smaller item.

my bp sounds about the same size from your description, and he knocks down small rats like crazy. though it does take a bit longer.
