My bp Chloe and possible new bp
Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I need help identifying my girl Chloe and another bp that I'm considering buying. I bought Chloe as a rescue and I have no idea what morph she is except that she isn't a normal. The last image is of the baby bp I'm considering buying, but I have no clue what it is either, maybe a butter of some sorts but I'm not certain. Sorry in advance for the picture quality, had to decrease it so that the site would let me upload it. Any help in identifying these two would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Where are you planning on getting that other bp from? Surely a pet store would be able to tell you what morph it is..

Thanks guys, and the baby is from my local petsmart. Id love to get the little guy out of there as soon as I can. His tank smelled awful and he was way too young to be in there. He looked like he had just hatched within the last week or so.

remember: buying that animal will only allow for another young, poorly-kept animal to take its place. you will be directly supporting this cycle.

another thing for new additions: be sure to quarantine any new additions for a minimum of 3 months. coming from a big-box pet store, it wouldn't surprise me if the snake was sick and you don't want your other snake getting sick as well.

Yea that's what sucks. I would hate to be part of the cycle but he looked so sad. Apparently he would strike at all the workers too. He gave me no problems when I held him.

If you want another bp I highly suggest you go to a breeder. There are some people on here that breed bps, buying a snake from Petsmart will just support them selling live animals, another animal will just take it's place. There are plenty of Butters available from breeders, just remember to research whoever you plan on buying from. the BOI is good for this.

Alrighty then, Ill certainly give it a shot. I'm thinking either something like that butter, he was absolutely stunning up close, he had a rosy hue about him, or maybe a champagne enchi. I'm gonna have to go into town and go to the shop I got my bumblebee from, great privately owned pet store. If not there then I have no problem with checking out a breeder

You'll be sorry if you bring home Mites or a Respiratory infection for your other BP to catch. These Box store Reptiles are filthy and you never know what bacteria or illness they harbor until its to late.
Expect $500+ vet visits minimum for a couple sick snakes.
Welcome to the forum and Id take it slow and wait until you find a snake you have wanted from a reputable breeder instead of acting on emotion. That never works out.

Alright, thank you, I'll hold off until I find the right one. I would hate to accidentally bring home some kind of sickness to Chloe or Jake. I appreciate all the help :)
