    Champagne _____________?
    Hey y’all!

I picked this guy up and a reptile show in October. I haven’t been a huge follower of champagne in general, but he was just too stunning to pass up.

He was sold to me as a champagne lesser, but I’m wondering if he’s champagne “something else”

Looking for input from someone that knows the gene better than I do!

    Thanks!

He’s quite difficult to photograph... very active guy!

That orange coloring and the freeway like dorsal stripping, really pretty! Unfortunately I am not too familiar with champagne combos either so I can't be of any help there. Why is it that you doubt what he was sold as? Beautiful animal regardless, congrats!

If it was sold to you as a champ lesser most likely it's a champ lesser, did you ask what morph were the pairing that produced it?

Those purples and oranges lead me to believe it may have Coral Glow or Banana in it also. You should ask the breeder what the pairing that produced him was.

You make a great point, it looks very similar to a sunrise my buddy hatched this year(banana cinnamon champagne). The orange coloring is almost exact, this one just has a bit more pattern. I've never seen one but maybe this one is lesser banana champagne.

Edit: I just looked up banana lesser champagne on morphmarket and that would be my guess, it has the right color and dorsal lines just like this one. Good call PghBall!

I hatched out a Banana Champagne Lemonblast. Here is the thread. I put updated pics several posts into it. It looks similar with the purples and oranges.

I was looking up Lesser Champagnes, to get an idea of how he’d age and thought he looked more like a banana champagne.

Not necessarily doubting the genetics, more curious.
