Still not going to slam them with food by any means, but the carpets are going to see some good, healthy growth here this year.

Looking great JM.
I hear you on the food size for Carpet's vs. Boas :). Yafe is eating small rats now, but at about 800G, he could probably take a medium (about 110G vs. 70G for a small) pretty easily. That's what I am feeding Behira now (female BI at 2,200G). It's not hurting him to eat smalls now though either. He's eating every two weeks and still growing pretty fast, so I might wait a little bit to move him up. He's sturdy and 3 1/2 years old now, so either way, not too worried.
Carpet Pythons can digest what seem like large meals (I've heard 15-18% of body weight) to other snakes with ease, assuming temps are correct.
Again, looking great!

Looking sharp in his new suit.

Decided to upgrade this kid to some new digs today now that we’re out of the weeds with the arctic blast that was the southern US for the entire last week. He still fits in a standard TP tube and an RBI mini hide, and honestly was doing just fine in an 11qt tub, but was nearing twice the length of it.
Now in a 23qt with small hides, couple cardboard tubes, and his perch. Once my Rockhampton and/or female Brisbane are in larger enclosures with different arboreal options I’ll give him one of their wider 3D printed perches with the deli cup holder.

I forget that my Bredli is a 2017 and is older than your newest additions.
He's a 2017 so this September he'll actually be 4 years old.
The boa is still in his fasting phase. I think I'll feed in April.
I can't believe the colors on this Brissy. The variation in the species is crazy.
I'm looking forward to the summer months. I think your crew will take off this year and grow a lot.
Thanks, bother! I’m gonna put the food to them a bit this spring and summer. I’ve been a bit in boa mode with them for a while, but they’re getting slightly larger and more frequent meals.
I could probably get a weaned rat in this boy and the older two could probably take down a small rat. Charlotte could for sure and will start soon.
Excited to see updated pics of Kevin eventually! You nabbed a stellar Bredl’s for sure!

First weaned rat. My initial start with boas during the interim between having retics and getting into carpets radically altered my perception of what an adequate meal could be for a growing Australian python. Time to do some growing, Willard.
