Sheree...have you communicated with him at all since you bought the snakes? I wonder what they'd think of how beautifully you've got them set up? :D

Hehe, thanks for posting those!! Petra looks awesome with Ma-tsu, and that view of her peering up at me from my purse was too cute :love: She got pretty tangled up in there! Hehe, I love it!

Amazing how the lighting makes such a huge difference, those pics show it well. It's like they change from grey-blue to teal sometimes!

No, I haven't talked to him but the more I learn the more I think he didn't really know what he was doing sadly... And I'd hate to talk about the changes I've made with a guy who considers himself a retired seasoned pro, you know? I think from the way he was talking at the expo he'd just think I was screwing them up with separating them, switching to f/t, and feeding them in their tanks. Which is kinda the opposite of everything he told me to do. :hmm: They've both got quite a few scars too that look like rat bites down their bodies too (left alone with rats?). Poor babies... they're getting spoiled now!

Gorgeous snakes and Judy your Petra is such a cutie and so obviously comfie with the big colubrid! Gotta love it! A snake lady in the making LOL.

I think you're right, Sheree. Best not to chance riling him up or making him feel bad.


And thanks guys for the complements on Petra. She's such a great kid! Her passion for snakes has waned just a bit, as kid-passions tend to do as they grow older and discover new things to be interested in, but she still loves 'em and has no fear whatsoever. :D
