Not entirely sure. I recommend ship your Reptiles. They ship m-t. Can't see any other groups shipping differently

Personally I would only ship Mon-Wed as due to a FedEx error I had an inbound slither take two days to arrive. If it had been sent on Thursday I wouldn't have received it until Monday.

Not entirely true as I had the same issues. As long as they can pick up at the hub they can still receive it on Saturday. Mine shipped Thursday night for Friday delivery and they had to pick up at the hub sat morning. But I agree about shipping Thursday. I don't anymore

Re: Reptiles 2 you
If a Thursday package is delayed a day and not delivered Friday, the next scheduled delivery date is Monday. Or in the case of the Labor Day holiday this week, it was actually Tuesday.
FedEx does not allow reptile shipments to be scheduled for Saturday. However, if we know of a late Friday package that is set to over-weekend, we will do everything we can do get it delivered on Saturday. We did have four packages delayed this past holiday weekend, and we worked hard to get those all delivered Saturday. We had 100% success, knock on wood!
There are a few issues with Saturday delivery. Number one there is an additional $16 fee for Saturday delivery. Number two is that not all addresses have Saturday availability, it is usually available for larger towns and cities, but smaller towns and rural areas typically won't have it available regardless.
Number three is Saturday delivery reliability stinks. There are limited drivers, running limited routes. If they get backed up or overloaded at all, they will just bump those packages to Monday. So even if your zip code has a Saturday delivery option, it may very well get bumped to Monday because Driver Donnie is just too busy for the short shift Saturday drive.
That unreliability makes it a last choice. We will push for it in emergencies, but we can't offer it on the site (not allowed by FedEx) and we don't encourage it as a convenience choice.
