GRAND RE-OPENING!! Bunch of new Goodies!!

Hey Y'all!!!

So sorry for the downtime tonight! But I hope you'll find it was worth the effort!

Have you ever noticed that our site has the rare distinction of not having a single inactive forum? Some are definitely busier than others....but not one single forum goes more than a few days without having something new show up. And they're all getting busier than ever!!

SO....I thought maybe I'd add a bunch of new forums and see if we can fill those up as well!! If you don't usually use the Forum Index to browse the site....please take a look when you get a chance.

We've added SEVENTEEN new forums!! And EIGHT new sub-forums! Try to find them all! And maybe you can be the first one to post! :P

The staff WILL be moving threads around a lot over the next several days, so please be patient with that process. All the standard Rules and Terms of Service of the site apply to all the new forums.

If you should run into any technical glitches, please let me know ASAP! If I'm not online, tap any staff member on the shoulder and we'll try to get the issue resolved as quickly as we can.

OH! I almost forgot. There's one more change to be aware of that sort of goes hand-in-hand with a Forum Overhaul.

The Classified module is going to be taken down. It's redundant to our "For Sale" Forum and is really not well suited for the purposes of this site. The "For Sale" Forum is far more popular and is a good fit for the courtesy we extend our members of free ad space.

We'll leave it up for two more weeks...just in case anyone wants a chance to browse whatever few recent ads may be there....or if anyone has placed a recent ad, they may create a new one in the "For Sale" Forum.

And as always, be sure to review the rules regarding use of the Free Ads!

What a job Judy, good for you! I've already moved a few of the DIY's this morning and hopefully will get more moved over the weekend. If anyone notices I've missed a particularily helpful do-it-yourself thread please don't hesitate to PM me and let me know. :)

It looks fabulous! I noticed both of the suggestions I made a week or so ago got implemented. Thanks! Plus all the other new stuff looks good too.
