9 VPI Axanthic Eggs

This VPI Axanthic female just laid 9 eggs!!! She also laid 9 eggs last year on 7/17...So that's a Total of 18 eggs in two years from a 3 year old female!

She was bred by my Blonde Pastel 100% Het VPI Axanthic and Black pastel 100% Het VPI Axanthic.

Yes she is...I kept all 6 females she produced last year!

C'mon Black Pastel Axanthics!!! May I also add that she's a gorgeous example of an Axanthic.

I have a question for you though. I have a 1~ year old VPI axanthic male that looks very similar to her. He is a little browned out just like she is. Are they still considered a "grade A" axanthics?

It's hard to say...I try to pick the best looking hatchling possible and hope for the best! LOL

I hatched a female 100% Het Ax., 1.1 Black Pastel 100% het VPI Axanthics and
3.3 VPI Axanthics!!!

Pretty bummed I didn't get any Black Pastel VPI Axanthics, but the rest of the odds were good!

Yeah I kept most of females produced from her 2 clutches!

My Axanthics produce a lot of Black Blacks...Here's a pic of the Black Pastel 100% Het Axanthic that she was bred by...He has a crazy Black Back...Almost looks like a Cinny!
