    Daytona Meet & Greet
Is anyone planning on meeting at maybe a certain table at a certain time/date (like the BP.net table) or anything like that? My brother (Freelancer) & I would like to meet our fellow community members. I've talked with a few members about meeting up, but was wondering about everyone else.

We'll probably be there most of the day Saturday and maybe the morning Sunday.

Christy and I will be there Friday night, all day Saturday, leaving around lunch Sunday. Should plan on meeting with whoever is there in the Hilton lobby Friday night. We should be getting in around 9 or so. I'll have on a BP.net shirt...a big one...5X...I'm a Fat Boy!!!

I think I'll be hanging around the BP.net table then on Saturday at around 1pm (give everyone enough time to get in and look around), and then probably Sunday around 10 am and see who we can bump into. I should've thought about getting a BP.net shirt, but I didn't :(

Hope to meet lots of Bp.netters!

Is BP.net having a table this year? I thought I read somewhere that they were not setting up this year.

Lol...well then I'll have to proceed with plan B (I haven't thought of it yet). I'll figure something out and post in a bit.

Hey guys!! Sorry to disappoint, but BP.net is not having a table this year. And for a variety of reasons, most of the staff is unable to make it this year as well. However, I'll be there for sure...and Emily (mlededee) is still positive about being there, but not 100% certain.

My suggestion for a BP.net Gathering....is to meet up Saturday evening on the back patio of the Hilton. We can all pitch in and order pizza, and everyone bring/buy their own drinks...and just all hang out. There are usually a lot of other parties hanging out back there as well, like the BHB crew.

How about lunch at Johnny Rockets for those who want to meet on Sunday? We can meet at the back patio of the Hilton and then walk over? Or would that cut into your time at the show too much? We've got a long drive home and I'd planned on leaving after lunch, so can't stay much later than that.

Set a time for lunch, and I'll do my best! I can set my brain to remind me.

The only problem I'd see is leaving the show, then going back in, if I buy animals.

That's an easy one! Ask the vendor to mark your animal as sold and hold it for you until you get back!

It's really not hard to find - especially with a GPS. My first year down we just mapquested the directions from the hotel to the convention center. It's RIGHT across the street from the Hilton (both the parking deck and the convention center).

If you find the Hilton - you're golden!

I'll be in the North Tower lobby at 12:00...anyone who wants to go to Johnny Rockets for lunch can meet there and we'll walk over. :D

Hey everyone, this is a bit off topic, but I know everyone here is going to Daytona and this question is about the event.

I'm having a problem with understanding the expo itinerary. From the program it appears that today is basically vendor setup and that sales do not start until tomorrow. Is this correct?

    Thanks!

That is correct (unless you have a vendor pass, in which case, the vendors are selling to each other today).

Judy just called me and she and Petra are all checked in at the Hilton. She said they're going to grab a bite to eat and then will be hanging out on the South Tower patio this evening and is looking for BP.netters!
